Price Promise Eligibility

  • The Ickle Bubba price promise applies only to authorised UK internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods IN STOCK or available to BACK-ORDER (not discontinued) and the product and/or goods is priced accurately.
  • To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical (including colour and specification) and (b) the product you have found is available to purchase on the same website.
  • If the price promise item is being sold through a marketplace i.e. eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Gumtree, etc - the item must be for sale as ‘New’ as well as ‘Buy It Now’ and not an auction style listing.

Terms & Conditions

  • We compare prices against authorised UK internet retailers of Ickle Bubba products. If a retailer reduces prices due to closing down or entering administration, we are unable to match the price.
  • Prices are compared on the product price and when calculating the retailer's total price - comparisons will include the cost of the product, all taxes (including VAT) plus delivery charges.
  • When requesting a price promise, you must include the website URL (link) where the product is cheaper, the cost of the cheaper product, your name, email address and contact telephone number.
  • The Ickle Bubba price promise cannot be used in conjunction with coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the Ickle Bubba website.
  • The Ickle Bubba price promise will not apply to items that result in Ickle Bubba making a loss to match.
  • The Ickle Bubba price promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and is only available to purchases made in the UK.
  • If, the price of the product changes online at www.icklebubba.com during the 7 day redemption period we will honour the price agreed at the time of your price promise request and your voucher code will become invalidated, we may need to re-issue a new voucher for any remaining price difference.
  • If, within 14 days of ordering a product from Ickle Bubba, you see the product advertised cheaper by an authorised UK internet retailer, we will happily match their selling price. Note: the price must be active at the time we verify the price promise request. Any refunds must be made to the payment method used to make your original purchase on www.icklebubba.com.
  • The Ickle Bubba price promise excludes products being sold by individual sellers through (but not limited to) eBay, Amazon, Facebook & Gumtree marketplaces.
