The health & well being of our customers, team and partners is always a top priority – We are taking the risks from the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously and ensuring we are doing everything we can to limit the risk to everyone.
On a daily basis, like yourselves we are monitoring the situation and ensuring we are following the government advice and recommendations as required.
As a team we are ensuring that anyone who is able to work remotely from home do so, as well as ensuring they follow any self-isolation requirements if needs be.
We are currently dispatching orders normally with no delays – of course, our distribution team and couriers are taking extra steps to maintain health and hygiene standards.
In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak and following the government announcement on the 23rd March 2020, it is with a heavy heart that we are suspending all* returns and collection whilst we assess what is best for the safety of our colleagues and customers.
