Delivery Information

Ickle Bubba currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €50.

We aim to dispatch your product within 48 hours of receipt of order. You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for despatch. All overseas orders will take up to 2-7 working days.

We deliver via couriers. Their delivery days are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm. If you provide an email address and mobile telephone number, the couriers will send you an email/text message with a 1 hour delivery timeslot on the day of arrival.

Please note, if items are below €50.00 in value, deliveries may be posted by Royal Mail

If you are out

The couriers will leave a card if you were not available to take delivery. The card will contain a telephone number for you to call to re-arrange delivery directly with the courier. Alternatively, you can reply to the email/text message to arrange a different date.

Secure online payments

Your security and safety is paramount to Ickle Bubba.

Ickle Bubba never have sight of your credit card details when an order is placed online. We take payments via a fully 3D secure Payment gateway accepting major credit and debit cards. Our chosen gateway is Visa Verified / MasterCard Secure and fully 3D enrolled.

Returns Policy

Ickle Bubba is committed to offering a high level of customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt either by returning the item yourself or we can organise collection on your behalf, with the collection fee deducted from your refund amount. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure the goods if organising the return yourself.

Please check the contents of your order upon receipt, to make sure the item is correct and ensure that all additional accessories noted in your order description are present. If after 14 days you find the product is incorrect you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

If you have received your item and you would like to exchange for another colour or model, this may incur an additional charge.

Please call our customer services team on +441554 707022 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday if you would like to return your goods or organise an exchange. You will need to have the original order number at hand to quote as proof of your purchase.

Your product is covered under our normal warranty terms after the 14 day cooling off period.

Faulty Goods

We will refund or exchange any item that develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days of delivery and within the guarantee period.

There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

June Bank Holiday. 

Due to the Bank Holidays on the 2nd and 3rd of June there will be no deliveries taking place on these days, however, normal delivery services will commence on the 4th
