Returning items to Ickle Bubba.
Having a baby is a big moment in anyone’s life. It’s precious and amazing but also full of challenges and obstacles. At Ickle Bubba, we are committed to customer care, because we don’t want anything to get in the way for you and your new family member.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by returning the item yourself, or we can arrange a collection on your behalf, we a collection fee deducted from your refund amount.
Returning nursery bedding and décor
Please note, we offer a 90 day returns policy for all nursery bedding, décor, and soft goods. If you have an issue with any of your items, please arrange a refund in the normal way and make sure to keep your proof of purchase for reference.
Making sure you qualify for a refund
To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure your items if returning them yourself.
Please check the contents of your order upon receipt, to make sure the item is correct and ensure that all additional accessories noted in your order description are present. If after 14 says the product is incorrect, you may be charged a re-stocking fee.
If you have received your item and would like to exchange it for another colour or model, this may incur an additional charge.

You will need the original order number as proof of purchase.
Your product is covered under our normal warranty terms after the 14 day cooling off period.
What to do if your product is faulty.
We will happily refund or exchange any item that develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will repair or replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days of delivery and within the guarantee period.
There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.
