September Bank Holiday
As a mark of respect for the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Ickle Bubba will be closed on Monday 19th September.
All shipments where possible from Friday 16th will continue from Tuesday 20th of September.
Free UK Next Day Delivery on orders over £50*.
To qualify for UK Next Day Delivery, all you need to do, is order on the Ickle Bubba website before 2pm, Monday-Thursday. Orders over £50 will also qualify for free delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.
*The offer excludes furniture and nursery interiors, as well as spares & accessories; and orders placed in the Highlands and UK Islands, and Northern Ireland.
Ickle Bubba currently offer Free Delivery on all orders over £50 to the mainland UK.
Order values under £50 will be charged at £4.
This excludes the Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Delivery couriers & timescales:
All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for dispatch.
We deliver via courier services their delivery days are Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM. If you provide an email address and mobile telephone number, the courier will send you an email/text message with a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of arrival.
Please note, if items are below £50.00 in value, deliveries may be posted by Royal Mail.
Overseas orders will take up to 2-7 working days.
All charges and duties will be covered as part of your order and shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
If you are out
The couriers will leave a card if you were not available to take delivery. The card will contain a telephone number for you to call to re-arrange delivery directly with the courier. Alternatively, you can reply to the email/text message to arrange a different date.
We can deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We will also deliver into Europe for an additional delivery charge. All charges and duties will be covered as part of your order and shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Secure online payments
Your security and safety is paramount to Ickle Bubba; Ickle Bubba never have sight of your credit card details when an order is placed online. We take payments via a fully 3D secure Payment gateway accepting major credit and debit cards. Our chosen gateway is Visa Verified / MasterCard Secure and fully 3D enrolled.
Ickle Bubba is committed to offering a high level of customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt either by returning the item yourself or we can organise collection on your behalf, with the collection fee deducted from your refund amount. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure the goods if organising the return yourself.
Please check the contents of your order upon receipt, to make sure the item is correct and ensure that all additional accessories noted in your order description are present. If after 14 days you find the product is incorrect you may be charged a re-stocking fee.
If you have received your item and you would like to exchange for another colour or model, this may incur an additional charge.

You will need to have the original order number at hand to quote as proof of your purchase.
Your product is covered under our normal warranty terms after the 14 day cooling off period.
We will refund or exchange any item that develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days of delivery and within the guarantee period.
There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.
