The health & wellbeing of our customers, team and partners is always a top priority – we are taking the risks from the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously and ensuring we are doing everything we can to limit the risk to everyone. On a daily basis, like yourselves we are monitoring the situation and ensuring we are following the government advice and recommendations as required.

As a team we are ensuring that anyone who is able to work remotely from home do so, as well as ensuring they follow any self-isolation requirements if needs be. We are currently despatching orders normally with no delays – of course, our distribution team and couriers are taking extra steps to maintain health and hygiene standards.

In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak and following the government announcement on the 23rd March 2020, it is with a heavy heart that we are suspending our returns & collection service whilst we assess what is best for the safety of all concerned.

In light of this decision Ickle Bubba are offering a complimentary extension to our returns policy. Our standard 14-day period has now been extended to 90-days. Ickle Bubba remains committed to putting our customers first, and we want to ensure that our valued customers don’t have to worry about anything other than their health and safety.

Please note there may be an increase in response times due to a higher volume of queries, however we are doing our utmost to respond as quickly as possible – we appreciate your patience in this uncertain time.
