When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery will depend on your territory; you can check your estimated delivery here.
If the item is out of stock, then the product page will display a date of when we expect your delivery to be dispatched.
I've ordered a Travel System, Travel System or Car Seat from your website, when can I expect it to be delivered?
All our products will show whether they are in stock on our website, if they are, delivery will depend on your territory; you can check your estimated delivery here.
Your Travel System, Stroller and/or Car Seat will be delivered by Australia Post, you will receive a text when it has been collected from our warehouse and on the day of delivery.
What should I do if I only receive part of my order?
Occasionally, the courier may deliver products that have more than one carton on separate visits. Please contact us and we will get back to you to confirm.
What do I do if I've got items missing from my delivery?
If you have purchased via the Ickle Bubba website, you can report a missing items to our Customer Service team 24/7 via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To speed up this process, please include a copy of your proof of purchase, a picture of the production date sticker that can normally be found on the chassis and details of the missing item(s). Alternatively, we can be contacted via the Live Chat option on our website.
If you have purchased via a retailer, please contact the Customer Service department of your specific retailer to report the missing item(s).
Will my delivery be impacted by COVID 19?
The guidance and restrictions from the Australian government are being updated on a regular basis. We are currently accepting orders and dispatching from our warehouse as normal. Should this change, we would update our website accordingly
